Peace of the World

Teaching in Virginia Beach in 2017, Ven. Chuc Thanh said “Only humans disturb the peace of the world.  The peace of the world never disturbs humans.”

By way of commentary, another quotation from Chuc Thanh is appropriate to consider and reflect on.  In 2017 when teaching in North Carolina, Chuc Thanh reminded us to “Live in harmony and do your best.  Just like in a game of chess in which all pieces are important, so are all beings important.”
